Shipping & Delivery
For ex-stock items, items will be dispatch out within 5 working days unless stated otherwise. Standard delivery charges are at S$30 per trip per location. Additional delivery charges also applied for failed delivery upon confirmation of delivery date by the customer. Our delivery timing usually between 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. (Excluding Public Holiday) Additional charges may applies if delivery destination is at CBD AREA, SENTOSA, JURONG ISLAND, CHANGI AIRPORT TERMINAL and PSA PORT TERMINAL. Delivery Surcharge Delivery surcharge may applies for delivery of bulky items that was not on lift level or ground and the delivery personnel have to manually carried the items to different level. $10 per level will be charged for ever item that need to manually carried to different level. Additional surcharge may applies if the delivery timing is not within 10am to 6pm. The charges will be subject to individual cases, if you need to arrange for special delivery timing, please liase with the sales team before you ordered online.
Return Policy
No return are allowed for bulky items such as metal cabinet or director table set or items that are already assembled on the spot. For the other type of items (Chairs, accessories, cash and carry items) Exchange will be accepted if item is incorrect or due to manufacturer's defect. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days upon receiving original items. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment.
